Triumph's Big Dills
Every month, one of Triumph's employees is selected as the "Big Dill" of the month based on the criteria of our employee recognition program, PICKLE. PICKLE recognizes Positive, Innovative, Compassionate, Kind, and Loyal Employees.
Each Big Dill chooses a local organization to receive a donation from Triumph as a way to express gratitude and support for the way they support our community.
One of the criteria for the PICKLE program is giving and receiving CHEERS. A CHEER is a note given to a staff by another staff or community member that recognizes that staff for a specific way that they have spread Positivity, been Innovative, or shown Compassion, Kindness, or Loyalty. If you see one of our staff living out these values, we would love for you to send them a CHEER to give them encouragement and a chance to become this month's Big Dill!
