Career Development
At Triumph, Inc. we believe that everybody should have the opportunity to pursue their passions and contribute meaningfully to their community. Our career development programs are designed to support people with disabilities as they find and maintain employment that aligns with their personal goals, interests, and skills, promotes learning and growth, and encourages recognition of their inherent value as community members.

To access these services, a person must be referred through their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor or their Program Manager at the Human Service Center.
VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A short-term program that helps people find and maintain employment that meets their personal and professional goals.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
A long-term program that helps people find and maintain employment that meets their personal and professional goals, with an agreed-upon extended services funding source.
EXTENDED SERVICES
A long-term minimal support porgram to help people maintain employment in alignment with their personal and professional goals.
